Cooking Instructions
BBQ Grill: Best on the Grill: Preheat grill on medium-high heat. Grease grill. Cook burgers with lid closed for 5-7 minutes per side or to an internal temperature of 71°C (160°F).
Stove Top: Heat oven-proof skillet set over medium-high heat. Cook burgers 6-7 minutes per side, or until browned on both sides. Cook to an internal temperature of 71°C (160°F).
