
Beef Stir Fry
Cooking Instructions
Stove Top: Heat oil in non-stick skillet set over medium-high heat. Add beef; cook, stirring for 2-4 minutes or until beef is browned. Cook to an internal temperature of at least 63°C (145°F) for medium rare. Remove from pan. Add additional stir-fry ingredients (if using) to skillet. Stir-fry to desired doneness. Add beef back to skillet with stir-fry sauce and cook until heated through.
