Beef Short Ribs
Cooking Instructions
Grill: Pre-heat grill on high, grill for 2 minutes per side. Cook to internal temperature: medium 71°C (160°F) or well-done 77°C (170°F).
Oven: Pre-heat oven to 215°C (425°F). Line a baking sheet/tray with parchment paper and a wire rack. Place short ribs on wire rack, and cook for 8-10 minutes. Let rest for 2-3 minutes. Cook to desired doneness.
