
Pork Tenderloin
Cooking Instructions
Oven: Preheat oven to 191°C (375°F). Line a baking sheet/tray with parchment paper. Place pork tenderloin on parchment paper-lined tray. Cook for 30-55 minutes per pound or to an internal temperature of 71°C (160°F). Tent loosely with foil and rest for 10 minutes.
Grill/BBQ: Preheat grill on medium-high heat. Grease grill. Cook with lid closed for approximately 7-8 minutes per side. Cook to an internal temperature of 68°C (155°F). Let rest for 5 minutes.
