
Pork Sausages
Our exclusive chef-crafted sausage recipes use Canadian pork and come in 9 mouth-watering flavours.
Stovetop: Cover the bottom of pan with some water to prevent the sausages from burning while the sausages come to temperature. Cover with a lid to trap the steam and cook on Medium for 10-12 minutes. Uncover and continue cooking, turning frequently, until water is evaporated, sausages are browned and a thermometer inserted in the center registers 71°C (160°F)
Grill: Preheat the grill on Medium-High. Cook sausages for about 15-20 minutes, turning frequently to prevent burning, until sausages are golden brown and a thermometer inserted in the center registers 71°C (160°F).
