Breaded Pork Cutlets
Cooking Instructions
Grill/BBQ: Preheat grill on medium-high heat. Grease grill. Cook pork cutlets with lid closed for 2-3 minutes per side or to an internal temperature of 71°C (160°F). Remove from heat and let meat rest for 5 minutes.
Stovetop: Heat oil in non-stick skillet set over medium-high heat. Add cutlet and cook for 4-5 minutes per side or to an internal temperature of 71°C (160°F).
Note: Meat thickness will impact cooking times.
