Pork Ribs

Cooking Instructions

Oven: Preheat oven to 121°C (250°F). Line a baking sheet/tray with parchment paper, and place ribs on parchment paper-lined tray. Cover tray tightly with aluminum foil. Cook for 3-4 hours or to an internal temperature of 91°C (195°F). Let rest, covered, for 10 minutes to an internal temperature of 94°C (202°F).

Grill/BBQ: Preheat only one side of the grill on low heat, while leaving the other side off. Grease grill. Wrap ribs tightly in aluminium foil and cook over indirect heat on side that is off with the lid closed. Cook for approximately 3-4 hours or an internal temperature of 91°C (195°F), and a final temperature of 94°C (202°F) once the ribs have rested while covered for 10 minutes.
