
Pork Belly – Portion
Cooking Instructions
Oven: Place rack in middle of oven. Preheat oven to 160°C (325°F). Line a baking sheet/tray with parchment paper. Place pork belly on parchment paper-lined tray. Score fat with a paring knife being careful not to cut into the flesh. Rub the fat with vegetable oil and season with salt and pepper. Cook on middle rack for 2 1/2 - 3 hours. Increase heat to 204°C (400°F) and cook for an additional 15 minutes or to an internal temperature of 71°C (160°F).
