
Marinated Chicken Thighs
Cooking Instructions
Grill: Preheat grill on low, place chicken thighs on the top rack. Close lid. Cook for approximately 35 minutes. Cook to an internal temperature of 74°C (165°F).
Oven: Preheat oven to 204°C (400°F), line a baking sheet/tray with parchment paper, place thighs on a wire rack. Place wire rack on parchment lined baking tray. Cook for 25-30 minutes. Cook to an internal temperature of 74°C (165°F).
