Cooking instructions
Oven Method: Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F). Line a baking sheet/tray with parchment paper. Arrange chicken crown roast skin side-up on parchment paper-lined tray. Cook for 75-85 minutes. Cook to an internal temperature of 74°C (165°F). Let chicken rest covered for 5 minutes.
