Chicken Legs
Cooking instructions
Oven Method: Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F). Line a baking sheet/tray with parchment paper. Arrange chicken legs skin side-up on parchment paper-lined tray with enough space so that chicken is not touching. Cook for 30-40 minutes. Cook to an internal temperature of 74°C (165°F). Let chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Grill/BBQ: Preheat grill on medium-high heat. Grease grill. Arrange legs on grill and cook for 3-4 minutes per side with the lid down. Place chicken thighs on the warming rack away from direct heat and continue to cook with the lid down for an additional 15-17 minutes or to an internal temperature of 74°C (165°F).
