Marinated Chicken Drumsticks
Cooking Instructions
Oven: Preheat oven to 204°C (400°F). Line a baking sheet/tray with parchment paper, arrange chicken on parchment paper-lined tray with enough space so that chicken is not touching. Cook for 25-35 minutes, turning once halway through. Cook to an internal temperature of 74°C (165°F). Let chicken rest covered for 5 minutes.
Grill/BBQ: Preheat grill on medium-high heat. Grease grill. Cook for 16-18 minutes with lid closed turning often with tongs. Cook to an internal temperature of 74°C (165°F). Let chicken rest, covered, for 5 minutes.
