Marinated Chicken Breast Halves
Cooking Instructions
Oven: Pre-heat oven to 204°C (400°F), line a baking sheet/tray with parchment paper, place chicken breast on a wire rack. Place wire rack on parchment lined baking tray. Cook for 10-12 minutes. Let rest for 3 minutes. Cook to an internal temperature of 165°F.
Grill: Pre-heat grill on high. Place chicken breast on grill, cooking for 2 minutes. Flip and cook for 2 minutes. Rotate 90 degrees and flip breast again, cooking 2 minutes. Flip breast again, cooking for 2 minutes before removing from heat. Let rest for 3 minutes. Cook to an internal temperature of 165°F.
