Marinated Boneless Chicken Thighs
Cooking Instructions
Oven: Preheat oven to 191°C (375°F). Line a baking sheet/tray with parchment paper, place chicken on parchment paper-lined tray. Cook for 25-30 minutes or to an internal temperature of 74°C (165°F). Let chicken rest, covered, for 5 minutes.
Grill/BBQ: Preheat grill on medium-high heat. Grease grill. Arrange thighs on grill and cook for 3-4 minutes per side with the lid down. Place chicken thighs on the warming rack away from direct heat and continue to cook with the lid down for an additional 10-12 minutes or to an internal temperature of 74°C (165°F).
