Cooking Instructions
Grill: pre-heat grill on high, Season with Oil, Salt and Pepper. Grill for 4 minutes per side. Cook to an internal temperature of 74°C (165°F).
Oven: pre-heat oven to 400F, line a baking sheet/tray with parchment paper, place kabobs on a wire rack. Season with Oil, Salt and Pepper. Place wire rack on parchment lined baking tray. Cook for 13-15 minutes. Cook to an internal temperature of 74°C (165°F)
