Seafood Stuffed Phyllo Pastries
Cooking Instructions
Oven: Preheat oven to 177°C (350°F). Line a roasting pan or rimmed baking tray with parchment paper. Place phyllo-wrapped fish on parchment paper-lined pan/rimmed baking tray. Season lightly with salt and pepper if desired. Cook for 25-30 minutes to an internal temperature of 74°C (165°F) and once crust is golden brown.
